Not at all. You will be guided to connect with whatever feels right for you- Universal Consciousness, Jesus, Angels, Buddha. Circle is for those from all religion and no religion.

This is not a witchcraft, new-age pagan circle, craft circle, or simple sharing circle (though we do share as part of the process). The Goddess Circle is a sacred, transformative space designed to help you break through the barriers that hold you back—whether that’s fear, insecurities, self-judgment, or other challenges we all face. It’s a place where the power of unity and deep connection allows us to move through these struggles together in a profound way. As your facilitator, Natasha is a Psychotherapist and Spiritual Mentor. Her work is rooted in Christ energy and the pure light of God. Which is interchangeable with love, higher consciousness, and deep spiritual alignment. If you have religious trauma or an aversion to these terms, please understand they represent the essence of love, healing, and universal truth—not any specific dogma or religious belief. You will be held in a safe, energetically clear environment, and while we go deep in these spaces, you will always be protected and supported.

There are tears and there is laughter but never discomfort. We completely honour your desire to share, or not share and respect your boundaries. You will never be pressured or pushed to participate in any activities. There is absolutely never any nudity or anything like that, this is not a tantric circle. Just a bunch of high vibe women like you who want more meaningful connection.
