About Natasha Haddad

25+ Years of Healing Work
Natasha Haddad is a transpersonal psychotherapist and spiritual teacher with more than 25 years in the healing field, over a decade of it as a full-time psychotherapist. She studied psychology at USQ and weaves it together with somatic work, energy healing, meditation and her natural clairsentience.
The Light Now Process
From years of working with hundreds of clients came the Light Now Process (LNP), a deep somatic healing modality that identifies and releases the moment a limiting belief, emotional pattern or energetic imprint first formed.
LNP is an IICT-approved therapeutic process and remains the foundation of everything Natasha offers, from private sessions to group circles and ceremony.
Mindful Schools Australia
In 2016 Natasha founded Mindful Schools Australia, bringing mindfulness training into primary and high schools and running teacher trainings and education programs for educators.
A highlight of her career has been teaching mindfulness and empowerment programs to teenage girls, giving them tools to connect with themselves, drop judgement and stand tall in who they are.

Goddess Circle, Since 2015
In 2015 Natasha founded Goddess Circle, one of the first women's circles in Sydney: a safe, judgement-free space where women could connect deeply, feel seen and find their tribe.
It grew into monthly circles, beachfront Goddess Retreats, fire ceremonies, workshops, talks and trainings. Today Natasha brings that decade of experience to festivals, retreats, businesses and private groups.

How Natasha Holds Space
Natasha's facilitation is grounded, warm and trauma-aware. Circles welcome women of every background and belief, from complete beginners to fellow facilitators and spiritual teachers.
There are tears and there is laughter, and every woman's boundaries are honoured. No one is ever pushed to share or participate beyond what feels right.
Natasha lives in Sydney with her husband and three boys. For private 1:1 work, visit natashahaddad.com (by application).
